"Dirty appliances and fixtures. Bed wildly uncomfortable and lumpy. Things falling apart in the rooms, like loose or stuck hinges, light switches, fixtures. This hotel was absolutely not worth the the price, and I actually wish there was some way I could get a partial refund. "

"I stayed here June 2025 and was most delighted in the property and staff. They were incredibly kind and accommodating and the property is beautiful. Would stay here again!"
"The property is perfect if you’re looking for a place to relax and have the most wonderful views of Tuscany area, the staff, Andrea was really helpful and kind. It’s better if you rent a car to get there, by bus you’ll have to walk a lot. But the place is totally worth it,"
"Stayed here for four nights with my husband and it was amazing! The breakfast in the morning was delicious and the staff was so friendly and helpful. We loved that it was outside of the busyness of the city but close enough to have a taxi take us back and forth throughout the day. We had the hotel call us a taxi multiple times but also downloaded AppTaxi to get rides back to the hotel which was very convenient. The room was very comfortable and the pool area very peaceful - we loved coming here...

"Staff were very attentive and helpful. The food at the restaurant on site was so good we opted to eat there more than in the city! The villa and grounds are so beautiful and inspiring."
"Perfect location and beautiful hotel. The staff was helpful and attentive from the moment they greeted my taxis both coming and going. The breakfast offered a good variety of food choices although eggs, pancakes and coffee were never warm enough. It is pricey but a good choice ."
