"Very nice remodeled hotel in a perfect location. The room was clean and quiet with the windows closed. Darling patio. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. This is an easy walk to the train station. I would highly recommend this place. The only downside was the restaurant. The waitress was very rude which surprised me. She doesn't care about her job at all. It was my worst experience in Switzerland. The breakfast was awful. "

Also really loved the free shuttle service to and from the ZERMATT station. We would stay here again."
