"Room was gorgeous - hotel was really clean, smelt lovely, very spacious. We stayed in a studio with king size bed and double sofa pull out as there was 3 of us. The pull out sofa bed was so surprisingly comfortable! Bathroom was huge and immaculately clean. Divine spa style products in the showers gave it a really luxurious feel. "

We had a problem with the bathroom plumbing that didn’t seem to concern anyone - while it wasn’t critical it was annoying this the reason for four stars vs five "
