"The pictures were nothing close to what the room looked like. It was awful. There were 3 of us and we didn’t even fit in the room with our luggage. The beds were disgusting and the bathroom even worse. The one positive was the staff and manager. They were so kind, helpful, and understanding. They couldn’t have been better, truly a class act."
