The service was excellent! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a very nice neighborhood in Trujillo. The neighborhood is very mellow and has lots of shopping and restaurants within a few minutes walking distance of the hotel. It’s a very safe neighborhood and you should have no problem walking around it even at night. The hotel itself is very clean and has a modern feel. The hotel is located close to the airport and you can get there within 10 to 15 minutes.

Very enjoyable good value.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a couple small issues but they worked diligently to fix them and overall it was a very nice stay and highly recommended

I had an extremely late check-in (the next day), and the hotel added an extra day to my stay for free. This was very appreciated! The breakfast was good, and left us full. The next time I am in Trujillo, I believe that I will stay here.

We only spent one night at this property, but it was great. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful (this has been a key aspect of all of the Tierra Viva properties we stayed at during this trip). The hotel itself is a bit a distance away from the city centre (approx 15-20 min walk). The rooms were large, clean and comfortable with a good range of amenities including a fridge. Basic restaurant on the top floor with limited choices, but the food was very good.

Excelente hotel en todo aspecto, pero sus tarifas son muy altas en relación a otros hoteles de similares prestaciones. Personalmente me estoy alojando en el IBIS actualmente. Viajo todos los meses.

Hotel bem bom, só o café da manhã fica aquém
Quase tudo excelente: localização, quarto, banho, equipe. Só o café da manhã deixou um pouco a desejar: ambiente barulhento, com música e televisão ligados concomitantemente (melhor seria sem nenhum, todos sabem que o silêncio é de ouro) e, principalmente, qualidade não muito boa - por exemplo, ovos mexicos sempre malcozidos, pães meio murchos.
