"The location is right on a busy street Sepulveda. It is about 5-7 mins from the Pier. Exterior walls could use some high-powered washing. The room was good, comfortable, felt safe. Water pressure was low for flushing. Parking is underground. It is about 20 min drive to LAX. Staff could use a smile more and welcoming guests."

"Hotel in the attractive courtyard atrium with very comfortable seating and fire pits if one desires the staff was excellent especially David the leadership so kind and caring The only problem was that the first day I walked in and it was barefoot got in my feet became black so I did ask them to go over the floor as well because there was dirt on the floor surface and they did a very very good job of cleaning up after that and I did have a plugged up vanity sink and that was fixed I would recommend this to everyone and breakfast was great with choices and lactose free milk, which was very good for me. Thank you."

"Location is undeniably an 11/10. When we walked into the property, the temperature was just over 90 degrees. The fact that there is no A/C should have been noted clearly at the beginning of the property description rather than at the very end. Even with windows open and fans provided, it was hard to get relief after a day in the hot sun. Nights were better with fans blowing on us. The property manager was kind enough to instacart us additional fans to accommodate our needs. The place is old, which is fine. Sheets were clean, but had small stains. Towels should be replaced. There is an old heating unit that still releases heat even though it’s turned off. The location is MINT and we appreciated that there were beach chairs and an umbrella for us to use. The laundry machines were also helpful to have. For a trip in mid summer, I would not stay here again. For other times in the year, it would be fine. The responsiveness of the property manager was very good."

"The dual pane windows and blackout curtains were great at keeping the room dark and quiet for a good night’s sleep. Room was clean, laundromat was a bonus ( we did not use but the machines looked new-ish and clean). Location was great, close to a mall, walkable to restaurants and shopping and the beach."
