"Absolutely horrible. No indication where to find the office and when I finally found it they were literally running it out oh one of their guest rooms which was a pigsty. Once we got to our room we found it to look nothing like the photos and no instructions on how and where to access any of the amenities that were listed like the pool, beach chairs or towels. It also was listed as ocean view but there was none. When it came time to check out, no one was in the makeshift office so I just left the key in the room. I will NEVER return "

"Clean room. Ocean view was amazing. TV only had one working channel informed front desk unable to resolve it. Also frig not working. Unable to resolve that as well. Excellent location and very unique in its design throughout. "

"The room didn't fit the # of people we had reserved for. 1 king and 1 full size sofa bed doesn't fit 3 adults and a 17 yo. Usually it is a queen sized sleeper. "

"Volume did not work on tv remote…no phone so I had to walk to the lobby 3 times to have them say that maintenance had to fix it the next day. Maintenance never showed up. There was an inch gap at the bottom of the door and a cockroach showed up on the table. They charged for parking which I was not expecting and first night when I went to put something in my car there were individuals in a truck just smoking away. In general the staff acted like I was an inconvenience to them!"

"No frills, clean and convenient. They don’t replace the coffee when they clean the room, and the premium king room does not have plates or utensils. There is a target near by…there is always a target near by in LA."

"Front desk staff were great - super helpful. I just didn’t like that a dirty room service tray from previous guests stayed outside my room as I was checking in / and for hours that afternoon. Reminded me someone had just checked out if room I was in and subconsciously made me worry if it was cleaned properly. Which it was. Was very clean. "
