"Distinctive, colorful, cheerful, and youthful in design, with an excellent and very varied breakfast. The rooms are rather small, and the bathroom is compact and highly functional but not especially well equipped. Overall, the hotel is clean, though the bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly, with some mold visible between the tiles. The breakfast area is busy and crowded, which is understandable for a hotel of more than 200 rooms, and there was no made-to-order station"

"Great 10 night stay here. Huge hotel with a beautiful glass covered central atrium and a beautiful ballroom (where we were often directed for breakfast). Plentiful and tasty breakfast. Slickly trained, helpful staff. Lovely rooms with good toiletries and lots of thoughtful extras eg shoe horn. 2 bottles of water provided in room every day, which was a nice touch after a hot day out exploring. Gym is well equipped, large and open 24 hours, which our kids (teen and 20s) loved. Good location, 15-20 mins walk from most key sites (still easy to access but also quieter so relaxing) or a 7 min Uber ride (which is v cheap in Prague compared to England). A lovely stay, thank you. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others visiting Prague and would stay here again. NB: Only disappointment, which majority of guests have mentioned in reviews, is having to pay for the pool, which is incredibly unusual for a hotel of this star rating (have never had this in any other hotel around the world); this is something which the hotel should strongly review this given how often guests comment on this after staying. Also just to note - not a complaint but just for information especially for families to be aware of - that the pool is deep across the whole pool (1metre 55inches) so is only suitable for children if they are strong swimmers as there’s nowhere that they can stand on the bottom of the pool."

"Quaint stay, small rooms with just enough space for you to feel comfortable without being cramped. Hockey arena, train station, subway/bus terminal, and tram stops in close proximity. Walkable to city center and attractions if you are able to walk a few kilometers without issue, or take the public transportation options; Uber to the airport was convenient as well. There is a grocery close by, and some places to eat but we spent most of our time on this trip seeing the city center and attractions. The breakfast was good (I suggest going right as it opens to avoid crowds). There is no TV or phone in the rooms, and the air-con was not doing so well in our room for the stay, but the nights were cool and we would turn off the air-con and open a window once the sun set. Staff at front desk is helpful, housekeeping will come by to tidy up the bathroom each day, and though the walls do allow noise from your neighbors rooms, it is not unless they are really loud that you notice. Bring a longer charging cord as some of the plugs are in less-convienant reach."
