The staff were wonderful! Very helpful on any needs one requires while traveling. The cleaning staff were exceptionally thorough day and evenings. The room was very spacious and the location superb!

We loved our stay here. Daniel from reception was super helpful and gave us tips on what to explore around Prague. The amenities were great, and the restaurant was delicious. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location near the castle. The breakfast was absolutely amazing and the breakfast staff were lovely. Check in was easy and hotel staff were extremely helpful. Our room was spotless and the a/c worked well. Turn down service with dessert was wonderful. The complementary fruit and tea at 4 was also a really nice touch.

The Golden Well was an excellent first stay in Prague. The team was very responsive before arrival and accommodating throughout. The hotel sits at the end of a narrow cobblestone street, which I thought might be hard to find, but Google Maps made it simple. Breakfast was included and eating it while looking out over the Prague skyline was a highlight of each morning. The staff were excellent and the room was always kept sharp; turndown wasn’t just a chocolate on the pillow, but an actual truffle in an exquisite case. I don’t have a critique to offer. I was travelling alone this time, and I plan to come back with my family and stay at the Golden Well again.

Staff was super friendly , the restaurant was the best part , and the view . The cleaning could be better , as they were lots of mosquitos , could use an improve . Also the pillows seems to be old . But the hotel is amazing and I’m definitely coming back , it wouldn’t hurt an update .
