"We weren't happy with 1st 2 rooms we were assigned because of 1) view of rusty staircase out window and 2) smell of room. They upgraded us to a larger. more remodeled room with partial view and small balcony for no extra charge. All common areas were clean and elegant. Breakfast was an expensive add-on so we chose to eat off-site in wonderful restaurant in main piazza. Room amenities were very good... Coffee, magnifying mirror, robes & slippers. Bell staff was exceptional."
