Excellent place to stay in the city centre. The appartment is spacy and had everything we could have asked for (e.g. coffee machine, fridge, TV etc.). The furniture and the interior were very stylish and comfortable - truely Italian.

Luca is a Super Host! Very Nice and dependable. The Appartement is great, 1 large bedroom with a comfortable bed. Also a nice and very clean and large bathroom. The location is the best! Around the corner is the canale Grande with many restaurants. Everything is in walking distance.

Fabulous service and excellent location . Very close to train station and cruise terminal. We only stayed one night but would stay here again if ever our travels bring us back to Trieste. Lots of places to eat nearby.

Excellent choice

Top location between central station and city center. Extremely spacious for the area, everything in top condition. Never met the host personally, but Luca was extremely attentive online.

Very reasonable accommodations well located near the canal with restaurants. Very spacious bedroom with much sitting space and a dining table. Four private bedrooms share a single bathroom but I was the only guest during my one night stay so I did not encounter any waiting.

We stayed two nights before going on a cruise. This location is convenient to everything! The Grand Canal is located just around the corner. Lots of restaurant options. The Piazza Vnita d’Italia is a few short walking blocks away which is right next to one of the Pier Terminals. We took the train from the Tireste Airport and this property was an easy 7 minute walk with four suitcases. The bed was comfortable and we would definitely stay again!! Thank you, Luca, for offering such a wonderful property!

Fabulous Rooms We stayed at this apartment for one night prior to a cruise. Our room was the Taupe room. It was immaculately clean with everything we needed. We had a large bedroom with a table and 4 chairs, a separate room with a sofa and tv, a Kitchenette and a large bathroom. We called the telephone number provided when we arrived and were let in and shown around. The rooms were on the third floor and there is a lift. It's just a short walk to the cruise terminal so easily navigable with suitcases. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful apartment

We arrived earlier than check in time and they were so kind and found a place for us to store our luggage. The apartment is very large and clean. It was a short walk to restaurants and shops.

It was not a hotel or a Bed & Breakfast. Nobody on property to let us in, no food on property or close. One of our rooms had a private bathroom, the other had a designated bathroom but it was down the hall. Have never heard a floor sqeek like this one. In room bathroom was obviously new and nice.

There is no place to leave your luggage specially after check out and your cruise was still hours away. We had to bring our luggage with us and waited in a cafe.

Der "Green Room" ist eigentlich modern und gut ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer ist auch aktuell. Schallisolierung ist sicherlich vorhanden, sollte der Mieter über einem aber beschließen, morgens um 6 herumzulaufen, hört man das, da zwar die beiden Zimmer Fliesenboden haben, aber der Flur einen alten Holzboden, der furchtbar knarrt, auch hier in diesem Stockwerk. Die Türen sind auch alt. Als "Kitchenette" sind ein Wasserkocher, ein kleiner Kühlschrank und eine Mikrowelle sowie eine Kaffeemaschine mit speziellen Illy-Kapseln vorhanden. Es liegen aber nur 2 Kapseln dabei. Spülen und Wasserholen muss man im Bad, da es kein Spülbecken gibt. Es gibt auch keinen Herd oder Ofen, das sollte man berücksichtigen. Dafür gibt es eine große Regendusche, das Zimmer ist groß, Steckdosen sind genügend vorhanden, gute Kissen, ordentliches Bett, gute Handtücher, Sitzgelegenheiten, Geschirr, Besteck, Gläser und Tassen und nicht zu vergessen: Man ist mitten in der Stadt und kann zu Fuß zum Einkaufen oder Essen gehen und auch die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wenn man mit den kleineren Nachteilen leben kann, ist das eine mehr als gute Unterkunft.
