This was a nice hotel in Trieste. It was in a very walkable location to bars, restaurants, the Piazza and the Grand Canal. Breakfast was a typical European Breakfast. The Restaurant is not open for any other meals. It was safe, the staff was friendly,

The hotel is very quiet as it’s an older building and the walls are 2 feet thick in stone with thick new windows. Very quiet. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable and check in time is early at 2Pm. On the down side amenities are few. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner and Kleenex and the little pats of soap last for about 2 showers.

This was a lovely hotel - very clean and spacious. The reception staff particularly were great and very accommodating. The only downside was the service in the breakfast area - we had to go and ask for coffee, the tables weren’t cleaned and at times food was slow to come out. Despite this we would most definitely go back :)

Stayed one night. Hotel is very central and close to shops, restaurants etc. Reception staff very friendly and room was well equipped if a bit dark and gloomy. Hotel is rigid on check in/out times. Breakfast looked ordinary and not worth E15. We didn't take it. Loud voices from staff from about 7.30am gossiping in the restaurant area. Unprofessional. Bed sheets felt a little damp on arrival but not sure if they were. Overall the hotel could be a little cleaner. We would not stay again.

Arrived very late because of delayed flight. Guy on reception very friendly & helpful. A lovely hotel, full of character, very clean & cosy. Only stayed one night but wished i could have stayed longer.
