"The place was cute, adequate for 2 people with a kitchenette and washer with drying rack. The owner left some treats and coffee and extra clean linens. The setting is picturesque, close to the coastline park. The biggest issue we had was the staircase is 82 steps up a steep incline, so the description of ground floor was slightly misleading. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone with heart or breathing issues. "

"The location was perfect - right in the heart of many restaurants within walking distance. Bus stops are close, and there is a taxi stand just one block away. The apartment was very clean and spacious. For anyone that has trouble with climbing stairs, I would not recommend, as there is no elevator. We enjoyed our stay there."

"This home is beautifully done. The hosts were wonderful! The house was stocked with everything you would need for your stay. Great location. Make sure you take stroll along the Adriatic sea and grab coffee or Prosecco."

"The Savoia Excelsior Palace Trieste provided an overall excellent experience. The check in was extremelly fast. They stored our luggage for us to have lunch while waiting for our check in time. Staff was extremelly friendly and helpful. They recommended excellent places to visit within walking distance as well as dining that was superb. Great location. We felt safe walking at night. Great views, great hotel. Higly recommended! "
