"The rental did not have a king-sized bed as advertised. (I even specifically asked beforehand and was reassured that it did.) There weren't any hot mitts or kitchen towels. Two of the bedrooms are missing blinds and the sprayer for the kitchen sink does not work. Upon arrival we found a bottle of Advil propping open the window in the bedroom with bunk beds. This is unsafe since we had young children with us. The amenities mentioned spices and a baby gate, but those could not be found. Communication needs some work. I had to ask for check-in information the day before since none had been sent. (I've done many rentals and most send information 3 days out in advance.) We were sent a checkout message after the checkout time had already passed. I've never written such negative review for a rental before, but our whole group was disappointed by the experience. "
