"Perfect for all our needs. Plenty of space and entertainment for all ages. The check in was seamless. Our party consisted of Grammy, her senior 18 lb dog, three adult children and four grandchildren aged 3 to 20. The 3 older grandchildren each brought a guest. There was plenty of sleeping accommodations and also play space. The 3 year old absolutely loved the play area with all the toys and the air hockey and Pac Man machine. Lindsey checked in on us several times. What a gracious hostess. Would highly recommend. Also looks like it would be amazing in the summer. "

"We had a great time. Very cozy lake home. Comfy beds, good communication with host. Very quiet. Kids loved the games and we had a lovely time at the fire pit. Would recommend! A note for other guests that this property isn't directly on the lake and access is a bit down the road (although I think this is mentioned in the listing description). "

"Awesome location and next door to wedding we were attending. Very sizable lake property with plenty of room and activities for large group. The cleanliness was OK, but needs some maintenance of the property. Lower level bathroom sink does not have defuser, dead mouse in closet, WiFi not accessible, and soiled mattress pads. Facility is rustic and not luxurious, but a great lakeside experience. "

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed in this house a few times and this year it has gotten too old to be enjoyable. The property was very dirty upon arrival, I can’t imagine it was cleaned between stays. The rodent problem has gotten so bad that mice come out during the day and run on top of the stove and counters. The location is great and we love being on Brandy Pond. We will not be staying here again."
