"The house was great! Comfortably fit 5 adults and 3 kids. The house and property surrounding is beautiful. We stayed in the winter but imagine in the summer it's a blast. SO much to do right on site (yard games, etc). There was snow when we arrived, but everything was nicely plowed and shoveled. The kids got to do a little sledding down the hill on the side of the house. Kitchen had anything you need. We cooked up a storm. Tom, the host, was very responsive and helpful. He was quick to respond when we ran into some trouble with the stove top. Lots of games and puzzles to enjoy if stuck inside. Great place to stay"

"We had a great time. Nice to be back on Brandy Pond. Big house accommodated our large family. Nice dock. Water is amazing. Large lawn between house and water. Ideal for campfires and sports. "

"Overall we were happy with our stay. The house was clean upon arrival. Our host Alex was very responsive to any inquiries made. The house is equipped with the basics but did meet all our needs. It was also well stocked with paper towels and toilet paper which was unexpected but a nice surprise. There are 2 full bathrooms which was great for the number we had in our party. There is no king size bed but the configuration of the bedrooms/beds did work well for us to ensure everyone had their own space. Each bedroom also had a tv which was a unexpected surprise. The yard was big enough for the kids to play and the beach area a short walk (maybe 10 min) away and was clean and well kept. Would recommend driving to the beach vs walking if going with anyone elderly or mobility challenged (getting there no problem but the walk up the hill to come back home proved to be too much for my elderly mother). As previously stated we were overall satisfied and would stay here again! "

"We had a family reunion at Sebago State Park and this house and location was perfect. It was very clean and updated. There was plenty of room- everyone had their own bed. We will certainly stay there again in the future. "
