"Bad start with room allocated not having been cleaned but staff quickly reallocated different room which was bigger . Staff very accomodating when car was unable to be moved out of the car park for most of the day.
Staff very courteous. Room was clean and tidy (second room). Accomodation close to public transport."

"First stay at Ibis Styles and very pleased. Good value and excellent facilities. A really impressive gym and pool, which we enjoyed using. Staff made check in very easy and were all helpful and fruendly.

"I picked this hotel due to its proximity to the airport and free shuttle service.
When I arrived I followed the instructions provided and rang the number provided by Novotel to book the free shuttle to the hotel.
Unfortunately noone answered dispite trying over 5 times and waiting over 30minutes. I ended up walking to the hotel which is a walkable 10-15mins, however after a long flight and with luggage it is not ideal.
Apart from that, the hotel is lovely with a great gym, swimming pool,...
