"Fantastic base for Hanoi. While it is a 30min taxi from the old quarter, it has resort style accom for a family of five. Very good two bedroom suite for family of five. The king bed is spacious and can sleep comfortably 2adults and seven year old. Laundry and kitchenette available. Poolside and gym are a great way to relax unwind from the hectic tourist trail. Staff are very obliging - helpful. "

"I had an incredible stay at the InterContinental Hanoi. The hotel is stunning, the food is top-notch, and the service is on another level. What really stood out was how the staff went above and beyond when my luggage did not arrive the night before our departure. They met me at the airport, handled everything with calm professionalism, and made sure i was taken care of until the issue was resolved. Truly world-class service. Every part of my stay — from the beautiful room to the amazing dining and attentive staff — was exceptional. I can’t recommend it enough!"

"Arrival was convenient, although you can't access the elevator from the garage unless you already have a room key. The room was spacious and the view of Hanoi was gorgeous from the large windows in the room. Food options were convenient by foot from the location.the room was quite comfortable and clean but the building, in general, could use maintenance. Chipped paint on the walls and malfunctioning buttons for the elevator were small annoyances. The staff was top notch. "
