Excellent stay at Oriental Jade. Clean and comfortable room with good beds and bathroom with great shower. Staff uniformly excellent.Broad breakfast selection both western and Vietnamese. Very accommodating about holding luggage and assisting with airport transit. Had a great massage in spa - so convenient to go down in robe! Swimming pool has amazing views. Ate at the rooftop bar several times - nice fettuccine with salmon for a change of pace.

I enjoyed my staff here tremendously. The staff were incredibly professional and attentive. I felt very well taken care of. The room was clean and well kept. The buffet was nice with many options. The bellhop worked very hard. I highly recommend this place!

This hotel set the bar very high! The room was great, beautiful and the view from our window. The breakfast had a lot of variety and was very good, the drinks as well. We ate at the restaurant the first night, and it was also very good. Staff were very helpful from booking our travel to Ninh Binh to sending someone with us to show us where to buy a charger. Well located with an ATM across and circle K for water and snacks. I recommend this hotel and would come back again.
