"Staff throughout the hotel were very nice and accommodating. Breakfast staff were rude and not helpful. Would have been nice if healthy food would have been offered (i.e fruit or yogurt). Parking is always a little rough when you have large trucks. It would have been nice to know about the $15 per night packing fee. That was new to us. Overall a good place to stay very convenient to the strip and walking distance to everything in Gatlinburg. "

"Great customer service. I checked in late and they were in contact with me about where my key was and how to get it. My key was locked and I was given the combo. Combo worked and got into my room even when checking in late and no one was at the front office. Great help and very friendly"

"This house was absolutely perfect for our family Christmas vacation—it truly had everything we needed and more. Every bedroom having its own bathroom made mornings and evenings so easy for a big group. The open floor plan was ideal for gathering, with a huge kitchen island and large dining table where we could all cook, eat, and spend time together. The hot tub and decks had a view of beautiful sunsets, and the arcade games were a big hit with both kids and adults. The home was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up for making memories. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate the holidays and would absolutely stay here again!"
