"First room was uncleaned. Dirt and food still on the counter. Nasty. Second room was a little better but dead stink bugs, alive ones, smelled of smoke all the time and dirty washcloths with blood under the sink"

"I brought a large group to stay here, about seven rooms with fourteen people in total. The highlights of our stay were the breakfast, the location, and the friendliness of the staff. The hotel itself is older and somewhat worn. The main issue we encountered was that one of the rooms had not been cleaned thoroughly. However, given the location and the price, I still believe the hotel offers good value."

"Hotel is very new, great rooms, very clean, decent bar and food, great view from roof top. The only negative is our TV did not work, like, at all... black screen, only the volume button worked. They tried to help, but it was late, and not a huge deal. We will certainly stay again. "

"Complimentary breakfast was advertised. However the hotel had a sign out that there were not enough guests to prepare breakfast. There were plenty of cars in the parking lot and seemed to be quite a number of guests. I specifically booked a hotel that offered breakfast. Also, a pair of underwear was left sticking out beneath the bed when we got to our room. Although it wasn’t the employee’s fault, the key system did not work and each time we wanted in our room, pool, etc. we had to ask the desk manager to walk us to our room and use the master key."

"Communication was amazing with the owners. Their home is gorgeous and we enjoyed our stay. It snowed as we were leaving which I loved bc we love 3 hours from the Gulf. Lots of space, modern appliances and very clean! "
