"The views are absolutely amazing that was worth the price. I feel like the room was worth half and the view was worth half. The hotel is still in very good condition they keep it as clean as they can but it is definitely starting to show it's where and will be in need of an update. I think the carpets the worst part they need the vinyl flooring.
But everybody was nice like I said the cleaning crew does a great job it's just a well traveled older building but the view was absolutely spectacular.
I would definitely stay here again!!"
"We have a river view room. The river is nice to listen to. Our entry and bathroom floor areas are a little dirty, but the sleeping area seems good. AC is working well. Hotel is non-smoking which is great!"
"I liked the indoor pool and hot tub. I love how peaceful and relaxing it is there. This is my all-time favorite hotel to stay at in Gatlinburg that is why any time I get to go to Gatlinburg I always stay at this hotel. The staff is always friendly and helpful."
"We stayed at this hotel in May and again in September. It’s not a fancy hotel, but we don’t look for fancy. Location is perfect as you can easily walk into downtown Gatlinburg and catch the free trolley right across from the hotel. We loved sitting along the river by the fire pits enjoying cocktails and planning our evening. The balconies don’t have tables, but we remembered that and brought our own collapsible table with us on this trip. The rooms (at least the two rooms we have stayed in) don’t have closets, but we didn’t have things to hang up so it didn’t matter to us. Good bang for your buck."
