This is SUCH a lovely resort, with very friendly staff and a breathtaking ocean backdrop. The location is what drew me here, in all honesty: it’s literally a 4 minute walk to one of my very FAV places: Tobacco Bay (and another 8 minutes beyond that to reach the shopping & restaurant -touristy- area. All in all, I couldn’t ask for a better experience!!

We were very well treated at the St. Regis Bermuda Resort. Staff got to know us by name and we them. (Nelson, Jack, Coco, Shan, Trey.....) We felt valued at all times. Staff were very well trained and appeared to have some autonomy. The place was spotless and my wife commented that any time she used a public washroom, off the pool/beach area for instance, it was as though it had just been cleaned! I felt the same as well. The food was excellent though very expensive, as it was every where in Bermuda. We enjoyed the Butler service which provided complimentary coffee each morning. A nice little perk! We walked every morning into The Town of St. Georges - a hilly 15 - 20 minutes. Streets are very narrow so must be aware of traffic but the area was not busy so very enjoyable.

We took the chance to escape the cold weather of Massachusetts and go to Bermuda in their off season and it was just right. The staff at the hotel was amazing. The waitstaff in the restaurant were very polite and informative. The desk staff was also really helpful in giving us information about the area around the hotel as well as the island itself. St. Regis was located far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the inner city to really relax at night, but easy to walk into the downtown and get on the buses.

Beautiful setting on the beach, great pools (one for kids/families-the other adults only), but mostly the staff was amazing. Warm, friendly, helpful.

Great get away
Amazing stay at the St Regis. From check in to check out, couldn’t have asked for a better stay. All staff were lovely, attentive but not in a weird in your face kind of way, and the food and drink were wonderful. If you want a relaxing vacation, stay here!

The resort is a bit isolated at the end of the island so you either have to take a cab or rent an electric car, which only fits two people, to get anywhere. The beach is nice but definitely not one of the most beautiful on the island. That said, it was a pleasant stay!

glorified Marriott. don’t need the pomp and circumstance, need the actual 5-star experience. did not happen in many ways. food and chefs were very good. Waiters were good for breakfast and lunch. Dinner at hotel restaurant was amazing food but terribly understaffed and inside restaurant like a cafeteria, no atmosphere. Check in took too long. again, pomp and circumstance but not getting job done seamlessly or swiftly. we don’t need showy, we need enough staff, service. we asked for coffee service every morn and it never came after day one. worst part is we were assured by hotel that taxis would not be an issue. became a huge issue and bad highlight of the trip. we were stuck at a different hotel where we went for dinner. Concierge said good restaurant and was NOT good. and couldn’t get taxi back. not a 5 star experience, but was a 10 star price tag

Beautiful and very well decorated , smells so delightful as soon as you walk in,staff was awesome! Very pricey though, not much to do but relax. No store on premises to buy snacks .
