Wonderful hotel near Balmoral with comfortable rooms and staff definitely represented the classic highland hospitality! Great welcome and restaurant on grounds with cozy lobby area near a roaring fireplace. Staff gave great recommendations of the area. Will definitely stay again!

Very nice one-night stay. Lovely building and grounds. A bit too cold to enjoy the outdoors, but the gardens and general outdoor areas are very nice indeed. Hotel app charged £300+ for changing dates within minutes when i had originally booked the wrong dates in error. Phoned help centre but got nowhere. Very disappointing, wont use Hotel.com again better just phoning the hotel directly.
