"Breakfast could use some help. We were the second set of people to be there,( we eat early) and our eggs were cold and so were the grits. Also we fought the mattress cover all night. The staff put a queen size on a king so it kept coming off. When we requested a change from the cleaning staff on our floor. it will be done and there was never done. I went down to request from the front desk because it was a very busy rodeo weekend. It was a very long line and I didn’t have time to wait but I would try to call her down to the front desk. I would get a busy signal so we dealt with it. we tried the front desk first, and then we tried the cleaning staff.."

"I liked the old vintage feel and it was ok for the price and location. The property itself was kind of beat up though. You can tell its been used for a long time with basic maintenance upkeep. The staff was friendly and courteous. Breakfast was ok. Location was ok. The day we left there was a BIG cockroach climbing the wall. Had I seen that at first I would have wanted another room. I would problably stay again though because I liked the charm. The beds were comfy and having breakfast available was a plus"
