This 150m² apartment is unique in Toulouse, a large penthouse located on the 7ᵉ floor of a luxury building with elevator (beware there are a few steps). It comprises:
- 1 luxurious master suite with large 160x200 bed, office area, large bathroom with shower, bath and WC. All opening onto the terrace;
- 1 bedroom with a 180x200 double bed that can be separated into two single beds;
- A sleeping area next to the living room with a 160x200 pull-out bed.
- 1 bathroom with shower and WC;
- A fully equipped and functional kitchen;
- And a very large living room with dining area and comfortable lounge to relax in after a day of sightseeing, walking or shopping.

You'll particularly appreciate the spacious 140 m² terrace that surrounds the entire property and offers a breathtaking view of the city of Toulouse.

During your stay, you'll have at your disposal: fridge, wifi, TV, hairdryer, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, oven, tumble dryer, iron, etc.

## Emplacement
