"Staff are very respectful, lovely and helpful. You can feel thy you’re in a 5 star hotel with their customer service going beyond and above. The only thing I’d add is that the cleaners don’t come everyday to change towels and clean the bin. Our bin would be full by the end of the day due to using apartment and having a baby. Overall the place is lovely, the area is perfect can see the beach opposite from the hotel."

"The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The food was very good, with plenty of variety, and the bar staff were a real highlight—fun, welcoming and full of personality. They really made the stay more enjoyable. The main downside was the bed, which wasn’t very comfortable. The room also had an older LCD TV; upgrading to a smart TV with access to streaming services like Netflix and Apple TV would be a welcome improvement. Overall, a good hotel with lovely staff and great food. A more comfortable bed and an updated TV would make the experience even better."

"We stay here all the time, it’s a great hotel with great staff. The location is amazing and really great value for money. Our only issue was our door key was not working for the all inclusive so we had to explain to everyone all time we hadn’t checked out which was quite tiresome. Other than that I’d always recommend this hotel. It’s lovely!"

"Very good value the studio room was very modern, clean, well equipped and spacious. The staff at check-in were friendly and explained everything clearly. The location is good just a short walk to the centre of Las Americas, no issues with the deposit as people have previously mentioned this was returned to us before we left the hotel."

"We had a really enjoyable stay at Palm Beach. The location is great and all the staff we came across were friendly and welcoming. The accommodation is a good mix between a no-frills apartment and a hotel room, which worked really well for a self-catering getaway. The pool area is lovely, although the sun loungers could get quite crowded at busier times. Breakfast had a good selection with plenty to choose from. There was also entertainment for around an hour each evening, which we liked — enough to give the hotel a bit of atmosphere without it feeling too busy or noisy. Overall, a really good base for a relaxed, self-catering holiday and we’d happily stay again."
