Fabulous hotel in great location for stroll to beach for pubs and restaurants. It was their hotels 35th anniversary on our arrival and we had a bottle of fizz and biscuit on arrival to celebrate. The staff are friendly and helpful booking taxis and a table booking in next resort. Room is cleaned daily with fresh towels room and pool available too. Breakfast was included and had healthy and English or continental breakfast options. Got 5 sunbeds daily and used the pool bar/restaurant for drinks and lunch. It is a quieter hotel with no music or big groups of people or children which we gave it a relaxing vibe during the day and then walked along the beachfront for nighttime entertainment. Perfect holiday for us and would return. Thank you to all the staff for their exceptional hospitality and lots of smiles too

Very good adults only hotel plenty of areas to sun bathe no fighting for a sun bed. Staff kind, polite and helpful the maids always said Buenos días to me and the staff at the afternoon restaurant treated you with absolute respect whether you ordered a meal, snack or just drinks. On the whole a lovely warm and welcoming hotel.

It's within walking distance to many restaurants, bars and shopping centres. The rooms are spacious with a walk in wardrobe and a large shower cubicle. Reception staff are always kind, respectful, helpful and very cheery. This is our second stay at the hotel and would not hesitate to stay again.

Definitely a return to hotel

Excellent hotel, booked their basic double and were allocated a ground floor garden room (125A), glad we did as we enjoyed late afternoon sun on our terrace. Rooms were a good size and spotlessly clean. Huge breakfast buffet and plenty of seating. Room card used for charging all purchases. Friendly staff cater for your every need.

The first time we’ve stayed at this hotel and we’d definitely return. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel, the spacious room, comfortable bed and efficient air conditioning. The safe fridge in the room were useful and there was plenty of storage space. The sun terrace pool with bubble pool was a beautiful setting to relax. We were only bed and breakfast but the breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. All the staff were very friendly and couldn’t have made our stay any more pleasurable.

It is a beautiful hotel and very quiet. Only up the hill from a very busy and touristy beach front. Good hotel facilities but smokers beware as there is no smoking around either pool or roof terrace! So we did not use the pool or pool bar but spent more time on the beach and beach bars/ restaurants. Staff were lovely and breakfast buffet was ok with a range of choices. Rooms and hotel very clean.

The hotel is in an ideal location. The roof top pool had plenty of sun loungers and no loud music. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. All areas of the hotel were clean. The room was a good size with an excellent shower and a fabulous walk in wardrobe - never had so many hangers ! The bed was very comfortable. There was nothing to dislike!

We are a couple both aged 23 - absolutely loved Colon Guanahani. The hotel is for the relaxers, we were one of few younger couples mostly older ladies and gents. Beautiful, beautiful hotel unique in its modern but homely natural style. Area was beautiful so much nicer than places we walked to, we were so happy we chose this hotel over others we seen that we had considered when booking. No hassle in the morning putting down towels next to the pool everyone just found their area. No tacky towel’s hanging over balconies. Our bags didnt arrive from the airport until day 2 and the hotel staff couldn’t have been more helpful in sorting this out with us. Lovely staff, lovely breakfast options, we didn't eat at the hotel in the evening but when we came home at night there was always a lovely atmosphere in the restaurant area and tasteful music which we liked to watch from the hidden gem view of the roof-top pool. The hotel was super clean even the outdoor walk ways were pristine and clean. Shower pressure was amazing, mirrors in the perfect lighting for ladies doing skin care or makeup/hair. Great location walking distance from the beach front with great restaurants and bars, short €6 taxi ride from siam park, we easily travelled to monkey park too. Cost us €30 to the airport in a taxi, 15 minute journey but taxis must bump up the price to the airport?? Genuinely a lovely place we will be back for some relaxing in the sun, photos don’t do it justice at all ! Thank you

Stayed for 5 days with a friend. Spacious enough room with balcony convenient to shopping centre and grocery store. Parking off site but not too difficult to get to. Spa did not have room but sister property did next door which was fantastic. Rent a car if you want to see the island. Some lovely restaurants with great views and good seafood nearby.

First time in Tenerife and picked a perfect hotel in my view. Very central and easy walk to supermarkets, restaurants and the beach. However spent more time poolside due to the adult only nature of the hotel, was nice and quiet and perfect for relaxing.
