Great stay

2nd time stayed here, great area and accommodation. Word of warning, beach towels on sunbeds are removed after 1 hr to be fair to other guests, so don’t follow the crowd and be fair. Recommended for families and groups . Fab restaurants in area, row of bars below the hotel ( no sound can be heard)

Very lucky with our room upgrade nothing special just at the pool side because we a lot of people complained about street noice on the other side. Rooms nice and clean . No A/C is not acceptable for an island with a hot weather . In the morning we have to close our bedroom because of the noice coming from delivery stuff getting ready for breakfast . Breakfast was good for the first 2 days . They offered veggies that you can eat. They test very bad like they were keep in the fridge for a month . Few times I had smoked salmon . All you can see bowls of beans , sausages , cheese not great . The cook could not do even a descent omelette . The eggs were done before the veggies ( they were raw ) Dinner was ok but still cooked are rushing to cook the meat ( beef ) What a waste of food and my money . Don’t go in the hot weather . No a/c and if it noisy you can open the windows . Breakfast not good , dinner 50/50

Had an amazing time at parque la Paz. We were half board and food was great. Shame no soft drinks/tea and coffee are allowed at tea time. No issues with getting a sun bed-there were lots. Entertainment was ok but we went out most nights into Playa de las Americas where there is lots to do. Rooms and amenities were great. We had a room at the back so no issues with noise. Rooms facing the pool or the bars were more noisy.

This was a lovely apartment very modern and new with all the facilities you need. No problem getting a sunbed as there are plenty. The only reason i probably wont go back is none of the apartments have air con.... they have ceiling fans instead. Felt like i was in a wind tunnel trying to get to sleep. Hight of the season it would be too warm with just these for me, otherwise eveeything else was excellent.

Really enjoyed my stay here. I was part of a party that booked 3 rooms, 2 self catering and 1 all inclusive with a pool view. All the rooms were modern and well equiped. The staff were friendly and really helpful with especially myself when i needed a change in room due to a foul smell and I ended up getting to look at multiple available rooms so i had the best stay. The daily housekeeping was good but the housekeepers would walk in on you anytime from 9am to 2pm if you didnt set your room to do not disturb. This caught a few of our party out at the worst times! The pool view rooms were great for watching evening entertainment from your balcony, but they were facing the noisy las americas strip. The other side was a lot quieter, but there was a lot of smoking going on on the dead end steet below, which i could imagine being annoying when its summer due to rooms not having A/C. Overall i enjoyed my stay here and for how central you are to the action in las americas, i think the downsides we had are hard to avoid.

Great hotel

Great hotel in Porto. Quiet and just close enough to the city centre by walking distance. Booked three nights and had a calm and nice stay.

It is a new refurbished hotel. The apartments are very clean, spacious and confy. The receptionists very helpfull! I will come back.
