One day we had to leave early in the morning, way before the breakfast hours, to take ferry to egadi islands. "The staff were incredibly hospitable and friendly, more so than most! We had a member of our group with a disability and they were very accomodating of her in terms of room placement, bed separation etc. They also arranged a taxi for us to the train station on our final day and provided recommendations for where to eat nearby. Plus, a check out time of 12pm is a real luxury! The rooftop food and bar upstairs were fantastic quality too, we had top quality sushi and cocktails there. And we really enjoyed our breakfast up there each morning. I would highly recommend Hotel Plaza Opera given all of the above - plus it is in a very central and convenient area!"
