"The air conditioning was of and we had to open the window and until 2:30 am people downstairs talked up loud, imposible to get rest at night."

"Location is ok but requires a shuttle or a bus ride. Hotel seems new but there were a few maintenance issues that require hotel attention. Rooms look very modern and clean."

"Great location right by Madrid-Barajas Airport within walking distance of the Plenlunio shopping mall and its restaurants. Unfortunately my wife left her iPhone in the hotel lobby and we’re now trying to figure out how to retrieve it."

"Several restaurants are walking distance. Set on a quiet street. Chamartin station is 6euro taxi ride. Hotel restaurant had a varied menu and food was good. I did not use any amenities. I didn’t have a car so I have no comment on parking."

"Superb breakfast, fresh, delicious, wide choice. Very clean room (recently build) Quiet. Good shower. No kettle etc in room so you'd have to buy a hot drink at the bar. Beware, and that's why no 5 stars: Eventhough this website says there is no reservation needed for the shuttle bus, and this is true from the airport, you do need a ticket from the hotel front desk to take the shuttle to the airport. They didn't tell us that at check in. So, we couldn't get on the shuttle we wanted because it was full, and therefore we shared a Bolt."
