"The space was beautiful, the shuttle was timely, the staff were very helpful, and the breakfast was excellent! I wish I had checked the availability of the pool ahead of time; unfortunately, it was closed for the season. The staff at the front desk accommodated an early check-in for us, which was very helpful since our flight came in around 9am. It was the perfect place to rest up before we took the train out of Madrid."
