Glad to hear there were many things you liked about your stay and the property. It was unfortunate to hear about some of the issues that were not up to your standard. I did try to rectify any concern you had (eg. sending in a cleaner for additional cleaning), but when you requested to stay for additional nights (which was given to you at a much discounted rate), I assumed the apartment was to your liking. The furniture in the apartment is new, including the koala sofa bed which most guests rave about the comfort. We do mention in our ad that we are not part of the Wyndham group, so this would affect you being able to order room service. I can't comment too much on the quality of the food at the Wyndham, but the restaurants and cafes in Torquay are consistently rated highly amongst tourists.

In relation to the fridge, unfortunately Wyndham designed all their rooms the same and there is only one provision for an underbench fridge. We are unable to change this. Thanks

This resort definitely has a lot going for it with the indoor and outdoor pools and spa. Sorry to hear the beach access is not wheelchair friendly. Unfortunately this is not something we can control and is no reflection on our apartment. You would need to speak with the local council about this.

Thank you for your feedback. We have now replaced the sofa bed with a brand new Koala Cushy sofa bed (voted the most comfortable sofa bed!). I’m sorry to hear of your experience regarding the ants. This information was passed on to hotel management as it is a resort issue and they assure us that they are fixing the problem. Our cleaners take pride in their work and ensure every clean is of the highest of standards.
