"Stayed 5 nights. Location is awesome close to so many food/restaurant options, mall, and TTC(public transit). Never waited more than 30 seconds for an elevator at any time! Clean, nearly fully updated king room; bathroom was dated. Daily room cleaning was great, and all staff we encountered were friendly. Great to have an in room fridge. Each room seemed to have balcony so I dont think paying for that as an upgrade is needed? There during heat wave --- Air conditioning had a hard time keeping up on 24th floor but was good in lobby. An improvement would be have water stations in lobby available for guests or have bottled water on request at front desk. All in one space with adult only pool area, terrace, and gym space with cold water to drink was excellent. Sweet view of the CN Tower from terrace and some rooms. Tavern restaurant food decent but pricey. Branches cafe treats and coffees decent but pricey. No room service. Did not visit waterslide pools or arcade so cannot comment on that but families were always bustling around the lobby and seemed happy!"
