"Always a nice hotel to stay at. Good sized Clean rooms. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Nice outdoor pool and sitting area. Good breakfast buffet."

"No hot water on the resort. Staff was unaware of how soon the hot water would be restored. Building conditions are outdated. Would not stay here again. Left after 1/4 nights stay. "

"It’s a big property with lots of rooms which means you can hear others. The walls are thin. The room that I stayed in had a big crack in the wash sink. The tv did not have the remote and I had to ask the front desk. For the price paid , I wish this hotel had more to offer and a better room. The toilet also did not flush completely the first time. Breakfast was good and had good timings : 6 to @ am which was good and had decent options catering to a lot of food categories. Staff was good ."

"We stayed here on our last night in CR just to be close to the airport. We had 2 sets of grandparents with us and they moved us all to the same floor and one connecting room to ours so the kids could have a “suite”. It was clean and had a great view of the mountains. We drove earlier that day from Manuel Antonio so we just stayed in the hotel and enjoyed the games they had which was entertaining. Staff was friendly and booked a shuttle for the next morning for us last minute with no issues. I would recommend this place for anyone. "
