we stayed here during our first night and then our last night while traveling throughout Costa Rica. the hotel is close to the airport, although you would never know it. feels like you are far in the jungle. the rooms are large and beautifully decorated with terraces . the property and landscaping is amazing, especially the sunset pool. I had a massage, and it was excellent in a beautiful facility. We loved our dinners and breakfast at the hotel, and most of all we loved the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, especially the rooms manager. Hope to be back soon!

We were unfortunately only there for one night but the property and the staff were delightful and even brought us boxed breakfasts at 3 AM before an early flight out. Excellent boutique resort with intentional service. They helped to make the experience just what I needed even reserving all the transportation and excursions. I was a guest for several days, enjoyed exceptional spa treatments, dinner, hiking the grounds, beautiful views, and complimentary events when not out exploring Costa Rica. Staff amazing! It’s a nice place to start or end your trip. Easy to get to the airport. The property has nice trails you can walk and a swimming pool with views of the valley. A few areas for improvement: the rooms are looking a bit dated, we had dirty/stained towel and pillows which was quite off-putting. The rooms are noisy as there is no air conditioning so instead the room has windows for air flow. This works fine for cooling but it does mean you can hear the planes very loudly.
