"My husband and I were returning to Budleigh for a wedding anniversary weekend. This was the perfect little bolt hole for our young family with the dog. It was clean, well stocked and cosy. It was lovely to come back to after a day at the beach and the Ed’s were very comfortable too. Fabulous location and there’s a very cute cafe opening up beneath the apartment also. We would love to return here some day."

"We loved every second of our stay in The Barn. Very central for exploring the region and it was lovely to return to a quiet and comfortable home each night. The shower in the bathroom has great pressure and the amenities were everything we needed. Felt very welcome and safe during our stay. "

"The cottage is lovely located. 25 minutes by foot to the town center and 15 minutes to the river Exe. Parking space direct available in front of the cottage. A small supermarket is nearby. The heating did work without any issues. A dining room is not available.Alison the host was also super quickly in her response if we had any questions. You have also second key to the cottage.We enjoyed our stay at the cottage."
