"Our room was very clean. Air conditioning worked great. I got the luxury king suite. Very nice. The bed was very comfortable. The second day around sunrise, stepping out onto the back patio we were greeted by two very large elk. Definitely a highlight of our stay. My only complaint was the breakfast. It would have been nice to have some fresh fruit and some other juices besides orange juice. The eggs and sausage were horrible 😫. They did have oatmeal packets which would be better if you would have had toppings like raisins brown sugar granola, etc. For a pricey Inn they need to improve the breakfast."

"Stop! Don't pack so much! This is a cabin that thinks of everything--even a first aid kit! There is a fully equipped kitchen (including spices, sharp knives and every electronic appliance you will want). Generous linens, extra chairs for visitors, boots on the shelf for fishing and snow days! Even jackets in various sizes! Walk out on one of the decks and just sit and enjoy the quiet! Tonto creek is your back yard - kids and adults alike enjoyed walking in the creek catching crawdads and snails. The birds were singing and the breeze was softly whispering. A few hikers walked by and were happy to say hello and say how the fishing was going! Check-in instructions were easy to follow (soo many remotes). There are FOUR levels of cabin to enjoy. Everyone had their favorite spot from ages 6 months to 67 years! Meals inside -- easy for 10. Meals outside - perfect! Fire pit (wood provided--we left extra). Fire ring upstairs perfect! We will be back.........."

"Absolutely loved this place. Nestled in between the trees off the beaten path. Can’t wait to come back with some friends and be able to enjoy the campsite located within all of the lil cabins there!"

"What a clean, charming place in Tonto Basin! It’s 4 1/2 miles to the Butcher Hook bar and restaurant and 10 miles to Roosevelt Lake. Dogs are welcome and ours loves the place! The view of the mountain ranges from the front porch is outstanding as is the night sky. We have stayed there three times and each visit is better than the last. Wendy, the hostess, has thought of your every need making the stay so easy. When you think, “Darn, I forgot ….. , “ it’s inevitably there! I highly recommend this place!"

"We enjoyed our 2 night stay. The area was very peaceful. The cabin was cozy & we enjoyed the jacuzzi one of the nights. The location was close to Christopher Creek for dinner & Woods Canyon Lake to hike around. Flora was very responsive & helpful with all our questions."

"Perfect for my husband and I . Nice and cozy great for two people. Away from the town but close enough with a short drive to do the things we wanted. Very clean the Creekside in right across the street had good food and was reasonably priced."
