Great Cabin Experience

This cabin really is amazing! Everything from the back patio furniture, to the kitchen and its equipment, to the game room is new or very well maintained and very clean. The owners were responsive but we didn't need anything during our stay- it was apparent that they work very hard to make sure their cabin is well-stocked and that their guests have everything they need. The neighborhood and creek are pleasant and quiet. We also really enjoyed the charming restaurant/bar in the main lobby of the nearby (15-minute walk down the road) Kohl's Ranch Lodge- great food and really nice staff.

Annual Reunion of old friends

Very clean and well presented. The host was extremely helpful and responsive. A beautiful location. Wish the weather had been a little cooler for more outdoor lounging.

Relaxing!

We have been staying at this cabin for several years and we always have a wonderful time. This year we saw about 10 elk in the forest behind the house. It’s comfortable, well maintained and has beautiful surroundings.

The cabin was comfortable, plenty of beds. Beautiful scenery and cabin was on the creek. Owner was very responsive and easy to work with. Deck was large with nice furniture. We would definitely stay again.

A great get away

Came and stayed with our large family ages 2-14. Plenty to keep them all entertained. Creek, hot tub, air hockey, ping pong and a yard prefect for bocce ball were major hits. Washer and dryer reduced stress more than expected. A great place!

Family get away

Cabin on Tonya Creek has been a perfect place for our family to visit each year. (8 adults, 4 kids) We spent a lot of time outdoors hiking, fishing, visiting a near by lake for a day, touring a fish hatchery, playing by the creek. The cabin had plenty of room for all of us and is very comfortable. The deck is our favorite morning and evening hang out. We are already looking forward to another visit.

Amazing cabin

Beautiful location in Kohl’s Ranch. House was amazing for a large family. Plenty of room for 11 people. Lots of things for the kiddos to keep busy. Kitchen had everything you need . The Master bedroom had a very comfortable bed.

Beautiful Getaway

We enjoyed a family/friends getaway for a couple of days after Easter and the cabin was perfect! The property is very family-friendly and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We loved the deck and fire table and the yard/fire pit/patio was a wonderful area to hangout together. The check-in/check-out rules were easy to follow and the extra parking down near Kohls Ranch Lodge was a convenient place for a couple extra cars to park. The kitchen and pantry were well stocked and there were tons of extra blankets/linens for people to use. The hosts really have thought of everything for a great getaway. My friend liked it so much that she will be booking it for her family in the future too. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful location on creek

This is a lovely house in Kohl's Ranch with plenty of space for a large group. We enjoyed the deck, watching the birds and afternoon storms roll in. The creek flows just below the property. We spent time at Woods Canyon Lake which is approx 20 min north of the area. The house is located in a neighborhood with a dirt road which causes dust and upsets the area residents if you don't drive extremely slow. The beds could be better and you must haul away all of your own trash otherwise I would definitely give this location all 5 stars. It's still worth a visit and is a beautiful area!

Absolutely wonderful property!

We had a wonderful time staying in the Manning Cabin! Immaculate. The beds were so comfortable. Beautiful deck with wonderful propane fireplace. We spent so much time on the deck relaxing. Beautiful fenced backyard. The kids loved the creek. Ping pong, air hockey and lots of games and activities. Only about 90 minutes from Mesa to this property. Excellent, immediate communication from owners. Absolutely nothing negative to say. This property is worth the money.

Fun family getaway

This cabin is a wonderful way to spend time with your family. The creek is right behind the house, where the kids can spend hours trying to catch crawdads and just play in the water. There is less than a foot of water, so it’s very safe. The cabin has plenty of space, and is very comfortable and clean. Payson is about 20 minutes away, so if you need any supplies it’s easy to do so. There are numerous lakes close by for fishing. There are hiking trails, and a fish hatchery close by also. Of course, you can’t beat the beautiful views and cooler temperatures. The kitchen is well stocked, all the basics, condiments, etc. Love it!

Kohl's Ranch Cabin

This was a great property with an awesome upper deck and lower patio. Access to the creek was a blast for the Grandkids. Everything we needed was provided and the cabin was big enough for 6 adults and two kids.

Gorgeous and Relaxing
