Private neighborhood home in Payson - gorgeous getaway with in town convenience!

Come relax in our home in the town of Payson! On a quiet street, we are surrounded by boulders and tall pines, however our home is just minutes from restaurants and shopping. Use our home as a springboard to all the wonderful activities in Rim Country then come home to a private backyard, fully fenced for your furry friends!

There are so many events and activities in Rim County! See the Tonto Natural Bridge, or head up to Christopher Creek for an afternoon of fun and play. Hiking, fishing, mountain biking, antique shopping and of course rodeo!

Our home is a great place to get away to cooler places in summer, serene places in winter, and to see the changing seasons of spring and fall. The cottage is cozy and comfortable with bedrooms separated by the living room and kitchen. It is a great location for a base camp with easy access to surrounding towns of Pine, Strawberry, Whispering Pines, Star Valley.

The property was very pretty - great for soaking in the outdoors. The kitchen was well stocked, it was very easy to communicate with the host, and the location was very convenient to trails and town.

We loved staying in the beautiful little home. The backyard boulders are awesome. The priperty is conveniently located, walking distance to some restaurants and trail heads. A short drive to some fabulous hikes and climbing areas. We had a great weekend and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect getaway

We have stayed in this property multiple times and every time the host is awesome and every time the house is spotless clean. The neighborhood is quiet and the house is perfect for relaxing on the front patio or enjoying a backyard bbq.

We were in Payson to close on a house we bought. We had stayed before and loved it, so we chose to stay here for this two day trip. We again had a great experience, excellent communication, and comfortable surroundings. Highly recommend this place!

Beautiful and peaceful

We had such a great stay at this beautiful property. It’s perfectly convenient to both town and hiking trails, very clean and well-equipped. The boulders in the landscape are such a cool feature! We would love to stay here again on our next trip.

We found the house in great condition and well stocked. The back yard was a great space for our dog to roam without getting out. Love the natural privacy the grounds provide. We will come again.

This place was exactly as listed. Quiet neighborhood. Comfy bed. Having the laundry set up was a big plus. Supplied Keurig coffee was a big plus for us. We loved using the gas grill on the back patio for a few meals. Everything was great! Highly recommend.patio for a few meals.

Great Stay, perfect home

Clean and comfortable, really liked area in Payson. Back yard was great for our small dog Archie and coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. Highly recommend.

Great house in Payson

Loved the house and the private, quiet backyard for me and my dogs. The house was very clean and comfortable. The backyard was very safe for small dogs with all of the small spaces that dogs could get into covered or fenced off. The neighborhood was very quiet as well. Saw some elk in the front of the house.
