"This hotel is right on the sea so I would recommend taking a sea view room. They have big suits that are very spacious. We took the best room comprised of a large bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, living room, and media room. All of those were a decent size so it felt like living in your apartment. "Wonderful staff and breakfast was excellent. The room was very clean. If I ever come back to Sicily, I would stay here. It is a bit out of the way if you're coming during off-peak season since the public transportation is scarce. I would rent a car next time."
"A great place to escape from the hustle bustle lifestyle. Tranquil peaceful setting is our first impression, followed by the friendliness of the staff. Room we had was one of the worst with no view and right next to a construction site. But this did not stop us from enjoying the well kept grounds and the infinity pool overlooking the Aeolian islands.
Breakfast is adequate with plenty of savory and sweet choices. But dinner menu was limited with very few local fares. Gym is dark and outdated. Almost like an afterthought.

"This was quite a find! Lovely hotel, extremely well-kept and beautifully decorated. Front desk staff were very helpful. Room was quiet, despite being on the ground floor facing the road. Though it's a little outside of town centre, it was a quick and easy walk (took us less than 20 minutes walk to get to the port, would be a quick bus or taxi ride) and I appreciated the quiet area.
I could write pages about the breakfast - it was fantastic. All fresh and tasty, with four areas of separate options. We vegetarians were spoilt for choice (and there were many meaty options as well). It was lovely to be able to make myself a blood orange mimosa to go along with my coffee each morning!
I highly recommend Milazzo for a quiet holiday and I even more highly recommend Il Principe. I would absolutely stay here again!"
