Elegant Sicilian-style villa in the Marina di Portorosa marina

Inside the wonderful tourist complex "Portorosa" we rent a bright terraced house on two floors of about 180 square meters.
surrounded by greenery and finely furnished in perfect Sicilian style.
Details about the house: The villa, composed of two units with separate entrance, is also suitable for more families or groups up to a maximum of 12 people. On the ground floor there is the first unit and there is a spacious kitchen, two bathrooms, a living room with a double sofa bed and three bedrooms, one double, one with three beds, while in the third room there is only one bed. The house has a large garden with an equipped patio
The second unit is developed on the upper floor, where there is a very bright kitchen, a double bedroom and a room with bunk beds and a bathroom with shower, sink and bidet. A large equipped outdoor terrace allows you to spend relaxing hours in absolute serenity.
Outside the house it is possible to park the cars comfortably.

Porto rosa

The villa was beautiful and very clean , the host Daniela was kind and sweet, showed us the best places to go for good food also surprised us with a home made eggplant parmigiana and a bowl of fresh fruits. I would recommend this villa to anyone who wants to have quiet but at the same time be close to the beach and restaurants.

Bellissimo Soggiorno à Portorosa

Casa molto bella con tutti i confortannunciati, molto piacere da vivere.Abbiamo seggiornato per 17 giorni indimenticabili ad agosto 2024, tutto era perfetto come annunciato nella descrizione, la cas era molto fresca e perfetta per le notti.Ci ha accolto Daniela la proprietaria come dei principi, ci ha mostrato tutti i luoghi necessari al nostro soggiorno (spiagge, suermercati, ristoranti, bar ecc..), ci ha preparato une parmigiana favolosa e indimenticabile e gelati per il bambini, la ringraziamo molto di cuore. A presto per uno altro bello soggiorno.

Gastgeberin super nett und sympathisch.beschrieben wird zwei pools was zur Ausstattung gehört.ist leider nicht der Fall.der pool der auf den Fotos zu sehen ist ist ohne Wasser und nicht nutzbar.und der andere Pool ist kostenpflichtig.fewo hat trotz Beweisfotos nicht reagiert.oben die Wohnung war am Waschbecken voller armeisen aber sonst war alles sauber.eine Woche mit Fewo telefoniert ohne Erfolg.sind eher abgereist und würde nie wieder hinfahren

Una casa accogliente

Ottima l'accoglienza della proprietaria , disponibile a chiarimenti e assistenza.un benvenuto con un generoso cesto di frutta e casa pulitissima con tutto ciò che serve per cucinare ed essere conviviali. La casa è fresca con un giardino piccolo ma sufficiente a pranzare in 12 persone comodamente sul patio. Vicino tutti i servizi (tabaccaio,bar pizzeria e più in là anche un supermercato).ben collegato e con guardiania all'ingresso... Insomma un ottima esperienza in una casa che consiglio vivamente poiché ti senti subito a tuo agio. Io vi ho ospitato la mia famiglia che vive fuori regione e loro l'hanno tanto apprezzata. Grazie ancora Daniela!

Vacanza siciliana

Siamo stati in Sicilia per la prima volta,esperienza positiva. Accolti dalla proprietaria S.ra Durso,persona squisita e molto disponibile,a nostra disposizione una villetta su due piani molto spaziosa e confortevole arredata con gusto e con tutto l'occorente per viverci.Cucina molto accessoriata con elettrodomestici molto funzionali. Pur essendo due famiglie con figli da 13 a 21 anni un totale di 10 persone per la funzionalità della casa il soggiorno e stato molto bello. Posizione della casa detro Portorosa e vicinissia al paese e al mare spostamenti in pochi minuti a piedi, Mare stupendo e spiagge libere o servite a piacere.Porto Rosa e ricco di servizzi e di locali per ogni età,unica pecca ( a dire dei figli non ce una discoteca nelle vicinanze) ( perfetto per i genitori!!!!) Zona tranqulla Bella Bella per chi vuole una sicilia non caotica e rilassante .Per la sua posizione geografica comoda anche per visitare Messina-Catania-Cefalù e un sacco di paesini bellissimi. Un Abbraccio alla S.ra Durso.

Heerlijke vakantie gehad in Marina Portorosa

Prachtige en goed ingerichte woning, zeer ruim en schoon. Daniela is een geweldige gastvrouw! Zij heeft me meteen met haar auto de hele marina en het naastgelegen dorpje laten zien. Ook heeft zij ons getrakteerd op granita, een delicatesse van Sicilië. Echt heerlijk! De marina is heel mooi, overzichtelijk, veilig en van alle gemakken voorzien. In het dorpje vind je een supermarkt, bakker, slager, eetcafé, pizzeria en restaurant met een prachtig terras. Sommige restaurants waren echter al dicht omdat wij er aan het eind van het seizoen (september) waren. Geen probleem uiteraard. Verder kunnen sommige woningen in het resort een opknapbeurt gebruiken (vergane glorie), maar dat geldt eigenlijk voor heel Sicilië en is ook weer de charme van het eiland. Het grote zwembad was helaas leeg, hopelijk wordt het volgend jaar weer gevuld want het ziet er prachtig uit. Blijkbaar is het wegens corona op een gegeven moment gesloten. In het huis zelf misten wij een waterkoker en magnetron, maar misschien zijn deze apparaten wat minder gebruikelijk in Italië. Hoe dan ook superfijn dat het huis voorzien is van zowel een wasmachine als een vaatwasser. Al met al hebben wij een fantastische vakantie gehad in de prachtige woning van Daniela.

Vacanze splendide

Abbiamo affittato per due settimane questa bella casa ad agosto. Eravamo due famiglie, nove persone in totale fra adulti e ragazzi. La casa è come descritta nell'annuncio, bella davvero, arredata con un gusto invidiabile e fornita di tutto ciò che serve. Non manca davvero nulla. La proprietaria è una persona squisita: al nostro arrivo ci ha accolto con estrema gentilezza, mostrato la proprietà e i servizi limitrofi, oltre che farci trovare in frigo un grande cesto di frutta e acqua fresca. Conosco Portorosa e poche sono le proprietà in affitto così ben arredate e fornite. Il mare dista a piedi poco più di 10 minuti di passeggiata lungo i canali( ci sono a disposizione anche un paio di biciclette).

Vacanza no stress

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 famiglie di 4 persone ciascuna e con un cagnolino in questa splendida villa a 2 piani, ricca di tutti i comfort, arredata in modo elegante e curata nei particolari. La proprietaria è una persona veramente gentile e disponibile e attenta alle esigenze degli ospiti. Prenderò sicuramente in considerazione la possibilità di ripetere l'esperienza.

Soggiorno ottimo

La proprietaria è stata fin da subito gentilissima e disponibile, la casa con il suo spazio esterno è un’ottima scelta per gruppi numerosi, fornita di tutto e di più, e la posizione ottima per raggiungere le varie spiagge (le stesse spiagge di Portorosa mi hanno stupita!)
