"The property is dated. The room was tiny but clean. If you stay there get the breakfast buffet, it was really good, tons of items for kids and adults alike."

"The hotel was lovely. Amenities were great, including 24hr convenience store, on site, multiple resturants and an onsite coffee shop. The breakfast buffet was also fantastic. I was expecting typical hotel breakfast selections, but this was way above that. Fast and efficient shuttles to the airport. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Staff was sufficiently fluent in English to be able to answer questions and help direct us. 10/10. Would stay here again."

"The resort is very outdated and I ended up in hives due to the amount of dust in the room behind the TV, nightstand, and bed. There was mold in the bathroom on the ceiling. The plus to it is the airport shuttle and shuttle to Tokyo. The dinner buffet was very pricey, I ended up going to Thai Cafe down the street and had amazing food there! "

"One thing I’d like to highlight is the staff, they have been one of the nicest people I’ve talked to in Japan; even though I speak a bit of Japanese they speak excellent English and of course it makes everything easier. When you talk to them in Japanese, they answer in Japanese and that’s something I personally appreciated much since I look forward to practice. And considering the excellent rate I paid for my two day stay, this is golden!"
