"This Hotel is undergoing refurbishment, I believe. Excellent beds and good hot shower. Everything was what I needed. Cupboards and paintwork very shabby and need replacement which I believe is in progress.. Heating reverse cycle A/c. Very good. As this hotel was close to the family activities, I was there for it was very convenient. Very pleasant friendly staff. I would stay there again. I was in a one bedroom cabin. Very quiet at night which I appreciated. I'm a woman in my 80tys and felt quite safe."

"A really good location in Batemans Bay. One small fault with the room is lack of storage space for clothes. Another more irksome fault , in my opinion , was a lack of a door to the bathroom. When you get to a certain age you do not want to let it all hang out! More privacy would be appreciated. But overall the motel was an enjoyable stay."

"We had stayed at the Sunseeker Motor Inn back in the late 80's and early 90's when our children were small. Back then it was a great motel. Booked our accommodation for a one-night stay, from completing the booking to leaving on Friday to come home, the staff were very friendly and loved a chat. The room has plenty of light. When we opened the door, it was so fresh, it was spotless. the room was immaculate. Would definitely recommend anyone looking for great accommodation at a reasonable price. Close to the shops. "

"Fabulous spot in the Beach Villa. Great cabin. Everything you need here (except a chopping board). Lovely comfy bed. Surrounded by kangaroos and kookaburras. Great pool, although it s a bit hard to get in for elderly people. What a view though, listening to the waves. Fantastic resort."

"Kids were interested in playing jumping pillow and the pool, it says open by 9:00am but they didn’t open any of them, kids left sadly"

"I checked in after hours and very late.. Alison had everything organised to make my arrival and stay comfortable. The room was absolutely beautiful, lamps on, air con on so the room was cosy and inviting. Fresh milk in fridge, really cant ask for more! Thank you Bay Breeze Boutique Batemans Bay. Absolutely recommend."

"Won’t stay again. Shower not working properly, heater turned itself up but didn’t get warmer. Water was awful, beds were so hard. No mariner view just a car park & not overly busy so could have given us a view. It wasn’t very cheap either."
