It was a nightmare, owner couldn’t be contacted for hours (tried to call him and no one picked up the phone) and only after we got a hold of him, he informed us that the place was double booked. We were travelling with 2 young kids and waited nearly 2 hours in front of this property. It was 9 pm and we had to scramble to find a place to stay. "The house was clean and tidy. Communication was prompt and effective. The house is more vertical so there are a lot of stairs but we made it work even though we have 2 seniors in the group. One has difficult mobility, the property manager went above and beyond to accomodate us by setting a bed on the first floor. Luggage elevator is such a useful addition. As expected for Tokyo house, we don't have a big space to hang around as a group but we were barely home so this is not an issue. The place...

"The house is so clean and well decoration. The house is not big so it's suitable for 2 people or 3 at the most. Lanscape view around the house is so nice and can see Tokyo Skytree in close-up view. Facility in the house is in full option with no extra cost."

" Stayed here for my last week on a month long solo trip. Took a while to check in. You have to pre-check in first on a link, and take a picture of your passport. On check in day, you have to take a selfie of yourself to match your passport photo. It kept denying me saying faces dont match. Really frustrating after 20 minutes of trying. First impression was the house is really small. If you're planning to rent for a group, I would say 4 people would be max. The dining/tv area is really tight....

"Such an amazing stay we were so impressed with the hotel and room we had everything was clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. It was a perfect relaxing spot after being out all day the onsen offered a amazing relaxation and was clean.The hotel is right next to a train station and had a Family Mart connection to it which was very convenient for us we loved our stay there and hope to go back!"
