Very close to Kamata underground rail station. This is our first visit to Japan and we were extremely pleased with the experience. The staff are very polite. Rooms are tiny compared to US standard but kept very clean. TV's didn't have any English news channels, or probably we didn't know how to find it. Overall, a great experience. Will return again. I need the email contact for the hotel. We have to pay for an item that was outside of expedia booking.

The staff was great, the area was quiet. Very close to the train station and lots of food options. The room was small but nice. Only negatives were a really hard mattress(not my preference)and AC was seemed very low despite being on highest fan speed. Overall great place.

Hotel MyStays Kamata is in a very convenient location with a train station, convenience stores and many food places within walking distance. There are English speaking staff who are very friendly and helpful. The hotel accepts luggage forwarding services and assisted us with filling out the relevant form to send our luggages to our hotel in Kyoto via Yamato Transport. Overall we are very pleased with the service and highly recommend others to stay here.
