Stained and ripped csrpering throughout entire hotel including lobby and rooms. Extremely dusty and dirty room. Clean towels left on hallway floor instead of hung on door like other hotels. There are 3 nearby subway lines but very limited dining, shopping, and sightseeing. In all, probably the worst hotel I've stayed at in Japan. Do yourself a favor and stay at a better hotel for slightly more money.

A cosy little hotel with friendly staff. The hotel itself is dated, but it's clean and well kept. There's a train station within walking distance and there are quite a number of dining options around the area. Would stay at this hotel again when I'm in Tokyo.

The room was large, clean and very comfortable for one person. The hotel is also in a convenient area, not far from a few subway lines and is surrounded by convenience stores and there's a decent selection of restaurants and fast food locations nearby as well. Check-in was easy and they'll transport your luggage to your room if you arrive early and leave them at the hotel. The hotel is right next to a school so it can get rather noisy, especially during the morning.

Comfortable hotel but in old condition
The bedsheet for the smaller bed and the furnitures could be improved. We like the hotel as it is quiet and comfortable but the condition is getting old.

Excellent Hotel to Stay in Tokyo
Very convient location. 1 block from Tokyo center Air terminal ( TCAT). From Narita airport, limousine bus will take us to TCAT bus station. Hotel is neat and very friendly staff. Subway stations are near by. Room is very clean. They provided free umbrella to use during rainy day. I rate 10/10 about this hotel for price and location . I would stay there again.

We stayed in a room that had a double and twin bed. The staff were very helpful on check in. Provided a map of metro, grocery stores, and restaurants. 5-10 minutes walk to 3 different metro stations. 2 grocery stores 2 minutes away. Provided free water bottles and offered a good breakfast. When we didn’t require room cleaning they gave us free breakfast coupons. Only downside of property is dated furniture and bathroom. Still suited our needs.

This hotel was probably nice at one point, like 30 years ago. It's very old and the toilet seat isn't as nice and warm as one would expect from the Japanese. My kids said the restroom looked and felt like the airplane restroom; the floor moves. But this is one of the very few hotels that actually had people greeting at the front desk and the lady was very helpful. She gave us a map with all the restaurants and convenience stores in the area. We stayed at three different hotels in Japan this time. This one had the best customer service.

There are two stations nearby so it's easy to travel around. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a street with lots of food nearby,l.

A nice place to stay
Reception lady and gentleman were really warm and welcoming. The room was a bit dated but comfortable with everything you need. You can even get free mouth washing at the reception which was great. Location was close to metro station and many convenience stores and restaurants.

Nice and affordable hotel in a great location
Friendly staff, basic-and-cheap breakfast to get going in the morning, spacious room and lots of amenities, and excellent location in between of 3-4 metro stations. What's more, bus limousine station to both airports is within a 5 minutes walk from here. Definitely worths the price for Tokyo standards. Highly recommended.

Nice staff, clean hotel at a very good location
The hotel owner was very involved and responsive with special requests. He let us leave our big luggage when we went on a trip to Kyoto. The staff was very helpful and even tried to help us look for an alternative hotel as they did not have a room available when we were coming back from Kyoto. Breakfast was simple but filling. Room was very clean and we were provided with bottled water everyday. The best part was that it was walking distance from subway stations, so that even if we went home late, it was still convenient to go back to the hotel. It was also walking distance from the TCAT station where we could take the limousine bus to the airport. I highly recommend this hotel to travelers looking for a no fuss, accessible lodging in Tokyo.

Nice Little Gem
This is a really gem of a hotel. Good price and in a nice neighborhood. Not too close to any major sites, but a short walk to the subway station. Room was actually more spacious than a standard hotel, with the amenities you would expect, plus free bottled water. The common area in the 2nd floor also has free coffee and tea. I would recommend this place if you wanted an affordable cozy room.

가격대비 숙소가 넓어서 너무 좋았습니다. 테이블과 소파가 있어서 저녁마다 맥주한잔하기 좋았어요. 방에 창문이 커서 환하고 환기도 가능하며 아침마다 햇살이 들어와서 기분좋게 하루를 시작했습니다. 사용감이 느껴지긴하지만 깔끔하고 잘 정돈된 방이었습니다. 직원분들도 정말 친절하시고 짐보관과 우산을 대여해주는 서비스가 있어서 정말 좋았어요 약간의 거리는 있지만 도보로 지하철 노선 3개의 라인을 이용할 수 있어서 편리했습니다. 일본여행 자주했지만 이곳이 가장 좋았습니다.
