Great location but small, dated rooms and extremely difficult to get to the hotel entrance or parking via car due to traffic in the area.

Location is near to many eateries and linkages to Shinjuku station. 15 mins walk to Shinjuku Station and Express Bus Terminal. Rooms are small. The room was stuffy and aircon central control. Needed a fan to ventilate the room.

Clean and spacious room and very friendly staff. I accidentally left some stuff behind and they kept my stuff for me.
