This fully licensed, custom home is situated on a private 1-acre property with stunning views of the Tofino Inlet, Clayoquot Sound and Meares Island. This true west coast gem and long-time favourite of renters, the Tofino View House is a luxurious oceanfront home with custom interior design, featuring 9 ft. ceilings, rough cut timber framing, wide plank fir flooring, heated slate flooring, large gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a large, private, water-facing deck with hot tub.
The Tofino View House is conveniently located within 2 km of the town of Tofino and 2 km of world-renowned Chesterman Beach (2 min drive).

The home is pet friendly (upon request). Organized events and parties are prohibited, including weddings and wedding receptions.

My family and I had a great stay here over Christmas. Other than the view and house be gorgeous, it was stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had quality equipment which was a plus!We had a great time and will definitely be coming back!

Incredible vacation

Host was amazing, having a toasty fireplace to enjoy each night was fantastic. The house is situated in a beautiful area and walking distance to the brewery. We even accidentally forgot our kindle and the owner was fast to respond and mailed it back for us!!!

Amazing house in a beautiful place

Great stay. Space was large and well equipped. With 6 adults and 2 dogs, we had everything we could have needed or wanted. Would love to return in the future. Pete our contact was very helpful. Spectacular place in Tofino

A Perfect Place to Stay

From our initial booking until we were just leaving to Return home, Pete was in touch to make sure we had everything we needed. Centrally located, the home was an ideal launching pad for us to explore Tofino and its surroundings. With plenty of rooms, a spacious kitchen and expansive deck, it left nothing to be desired. Waterfront Paradise Indeed

The photos almost don't do this property justice. Spacious, well-equipped, private with gorgeous views. We especially appreciated the beautiful touches like an outdoor shower and the raven wood art. Within walking distance to downtown Tofino and close to surf/bike rentals and nearby beaches. I will definitely recommend this rental to others.

This was our second time staying at this property, Peter is very responsive, the house was clean and stocked with kid plates/bowls etc which was a great touch ( we had three young kids with us). great views of the water and walking distance to the brewery, distillery, and Fish Store where we got fresh crabs and scallops. Fall family Getaway

A fabulous property in a beautiful location. The house is well equipped with a very functional kitchen and large separate dining room. We loved having the wood burning fireplace in the den area. The hot tub and back deck allow for stunning views. Close proximity to town, beaches and walking distance to Tofino Brewing Company. Pete answered any questions promptly. Serenity and Beauty

The photos online do not do this home justice, the house is huge and so lovely and the view is unbelievably beautiful.It is so quiet, it really gives you a chance to recharge your batteries from the busy lifes we all lead.Our dogs loved being right on the beach as much as we did.The beds were comfortable and the master bathroom was next level luxury.We stayed for 1 week and they even had the hottub service come by to check the hottub and chemicals without us even asking, next level care and service.The house is also in a great location and proximity to pretty much everything, so exploring the area is easy and convenient. Thank you again Peter, we have memories that will last us a lifetime

6 of us stayed in this home for 3 nights and we thoroughly enjoyed everything about it. The house is very big and could have easily and comfortably accommodated at least one more couple. The location is wonderful as it is close to town (we walked to a restaurant for dinner) but very quiet and, of course, waterfront with superb views on Meares Island especially from the large hot tub. We made dinner twice and found the kitchen to be well-equipped. We would certainly be happy to go back!

Perfect For a Family Christmas

My family and I stayed at this home over the holidays and we were so happy with the experience. The kitchen was SO fully stocked for preparing and serving Christmas dinner that my chef husband even impressed! The beds were cozy, we had plenty of firewood for a Christmas Day fire and we appreciated the mud room since it was a stormy few days. We loved that the brewery was across the street for a quick Boxing Day outing and we ended each evening with a dip in the hot tub before bed. This house has everything you could ask for and more!

Best place in Tofino!!

This was by far the best place in Tofino I have stayed in! The home is gorgeous, fully stoked (like everything you could think of), beautifully decorated, comfortable furniture, updated appliances, amazing views from EVERY ROOM, and the perfect location. I was blown away by the person touches - towels in a basket for the hot tub, amazing smelling toiletries, chopped wood with kindling and firestarters, an axe to chop wood, lots of chairs and outside seating, a GREAT grill, and the wood ravens outside were my favorite! Seriously - I cannot say enough about this property. It is...ALL TIME!!!

Peter popped over to the house and took pictures of the cooking gear and crockery as we were doing a bit of fancy cooking while in Tofino. Really helped with planning! The hoise needs a bit of repair here and there but generally in good shape. Beds were comfortable. View from the hot tub great. Very quiet on the inlet. It was my moms 80 birthday and she had a whale of a good time.

Great getaway!

I stayed at Peter's property with 3 couples, vacationing in Tofino for the weekend. The place had everything we needed and we especially enjoyed the hot tub! The kitchen is incredibly well stocked with utensils and pots/pans which we utilized to make a few meals (including BBQ). It is the perfect place if you are planning to cook in. Beds are comfy. Great location - felt private. Close to the brewery and the bike path. Peter was great at communicating with us and answering our questions. Before our arrival he let us know the hottub was not working but that he was having it serviced. It was fixed a few hours later! Would stay again and 100% recommend to friends.
