ORCA VIEW HOUSE provides a comfortable and relaxing retreat in an authentic West Coast Style setting. The vacation home is nestled amongst soaring cedars and features stunning views of the Tofino Inlet. A custom-built boardwalk will lead you to a platform deck overlooking the water. Relax on the deck with morning sunshine surrounded by nature. Enjoy watching Eagles soar above, Herons on the mudflats, and the occasional sight of whales and bears in the inlet. In the evenings, gather around the outdoor fire pit or dine alfresco on the balcony featuring outdoor patio dining furniture.

The living room and kitchen are an open concept, perfect for entertaining and visiting with close family and friends. Cooking is made easy with all the essentials and brand-new appliances. After a long day exploring, relax on the cozy sofas with a good book or connect to Apple or Netflix on the Smart TV.

You will undoubtedly sleep in comfort in this cozy 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom home. The main bedroom features a queen-size bed, ensuite bathroom with shower & tub combo, and balcony doors to step right onto the patio for your morning coffee. The second bedroom has a queen bed situated beside a large window which provides a relaxing forest view and finally the third cozy bedroom has a double size bed. Just outside the bedrooms is a shared bathroom with a stand up shower.

The house is centrally located by the Multi-Use-Path for walking and biking between the village of Tofino and the nearby surf beaches. In addition, Orca View House is approximately a 6 min walk to Industrial Way, home to Tofino Brewery, Tofino Coffee, Summit Bakery, and more.

Host Rules:
Renter's Agreement: Guests must sign the Renter's Agreement to confirm their reservation.

Age min: must be 25 years or older to book.

Guest Limit: As per Tofino Bylaws, a maximum of 6 guests (including babies and children) are allowed. If a reservation exceeds this limit, we reserve the right to ask the guests to leave.

During peak summer season (July and August), 3 night minimum and all bookings must be back-to-back to avoid gaps. If you receive a "host unavailable" message despite seeing availability, please contact us. Our booking system has specific rules and may require manual adjustments.

3 night minimum stay for all Canadian Statutory Holidays.

Dog Rules: We allow a maximum of two dogs. The fee is $50 per dog, plus tax. All dogs must be added to the reservation and the pet fee must be paid prior to check-in. Sorry, no cats are permitted.

Please note: A long-term tenant lives on-site in a separate caretaker suite as per Tofino Bylaws

Strict Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am - please be respectful of the neighbours and locals!

• 30-day notice required for a full refund.
• Cancellations within the 30 days: Non-refundable.

Accidental Damage Protection: Accidental Damage Protection is included in the total cost of your reservation—there is no additional fee after booking, as it is automatically applied at the time of purchase. This coverage protects against accidental damages up to $1,000 that may occur during your stay.
Please note: This protection does not apply to damages caused by parties, unauthorized events, or negligent behavior. It is strictly intended for unintentional mishaps that may happen while you're staying in the home.

Everything you need in a vacation rental

Orca View was the perfect cottage accommodation for our family’s holiday. The views from the living area and primary bedroom are wonderful. The cottage is clean and well appointed with everything you might need. The great location is a short walk into the town centre and close to the bike trails.

Great location, relaxing

The booking and check in process was easy and enough communication on the property. The house was well layed with plenty of room for the 4 of us. The deck was a lovely sun catcher and the broad walk down to the water front was a regular occurrence for us to sit and watch the wild life go past. A real treat!

Amazing place to stay!

The location was excellent, Tofino Vacation Rentals was very helpful and informative. The place was extremely clean, well stocked kitchen, well laid out, and comfortable. We had a great time despite the January weather in Tofino!

Exceeded expectations

Our group of 6 loved staying at this property. It was well kitted out with everything you could need. Very clean and quiet. The location was stellar…right on the inlet, quick walk to Industrial Way businesses and easy 25 minute stroll into the town of Tofino. Contact with the rental agency was top notch. Highly recommend this property and hope to return there in the future.

Great place!

Very nice place as advertised. Plenty of room for family, fire place in living room, stocked kitchen for cooking meals, great working bbq for steaks on a large deck. Bed and baths great, plus top quality soaps. And pet friendly which we really appreciated. I recommend this rental!

Had a wonderful time - the property was absolutely perfect! Well equipped kitchen - nice living room/dining space and deck. Loved the area down by the water as well. Easy walk into town and short driving distance to the beaches for surfing and watching sunsets!

We went for an extended weekend in January and the home had everything we needed. There is also a walking/biking path right next to it which we used to walk into downtown Tofino (about 15 minutes). We would stay again in Orca View House.

Great weekend!

Lovely little home, great location!

Had a wonderful stay, the place was clean and quiet and a great location to downtown. A little tricky to find the driveway the first time, but once you find it, it’s easy! Beds a little lumpy, but it’s island life, who needs to sleep. Lovely home, would totally stay again, thanks for everything!

Beautiful stay

Well equipped and beautifully located. The kitchen had everything we needed with lots of space for multiple cooks and a fabulous view. Short drive to Tofino but can also walk across the street for evening drinks at either the distillery or brewery. Short walk to the Tonquin Park trailhead or to the Shelter for dinner. Responsive management. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect location, very accessible travel to downtown and beaches. The house is very well stocked with anything you might need for a short or long stay. We loved sitting down by the water and watching the sun rise and tides change. Staff were excellent and provided great communication and suggestions surrounding highway closures. Would highly recommend!

A Slice of Paradise

The spacious property has a wonderful view of the ocean. A private walkway takes you to the beach where a couple of chairs welcome you to relax and take in the breathtaking scenery. The inside of the property has vaulted ceilings with an open concept kitchen that has everything you need. The bed was comfortable and the washrooms were great. There is a big deck to sit out and enjoy a meal with the ocean in the distance.

Tofino Treasure

The property was fantastic. It was set in a beautiful location and the property itself was well equipped, very clean and was a really beautiful space. It was close to Tofino so we could walk into town with ease. Check in and out was super easy and the owner was super responsive to our inquiries. Overall it was a really awesome choice for our family and we would definitely stay here again. 5 out of 5 for sure.
