The only thing that could be improved in my opinion is the soundproofing for the windows, only during the day. The night was pretty quiet. "

"Rooms are recently remodeled and very comfortable, with great beds/pillows/linens, clean modern bathroom/shower and windows/all. This was definitely the nicest room we stayed at across multiple Italian cities this trip. A great one night stay at Vespahouse."

"Location was good a responsiveness to questions was excellent. Took a little bit to figure out how to get in the building then in and out of our room, but we figured it out. Mattress and pillows were much harder than we are used to. Overall a good value for the money and I would recommend. We felt safe. "

"Most everything was pretty good. The staff were excellent, very helpful and understanding. They spoke Italian and English well. Our room was a Jr suit. It was quit large. It was odd though, we had a sofa seating area but no TV. The TV was on the wall in the bed area. It would have been nice to have a TV in the seating area for guests or when one was sleeping in bed and the other wanted to watch TV without disturbing the bed sleeper. The room looked updated with tile floors. The bathroom was nice...

"This hotel was in the perfect spot. It was easy to walk to the Patheon and Trevi Fountain. The coffee pot in the advertise wasn’t there but they did have instant coffee. The staff was good but didn’t know about a marathon outside the B&B. we had to walk several miles to get a taxi to the Train Station. All in all, it was a nice and clean place to stay."

"I liked the style of the property but I could hear the neighbours and everything outside through the walls. There was no proper insulation. You need golf carts to take the vistors to their respective rooms especially if they are of old age and cannot walk the whole way. This should not be a privilige"
