I was served by Artemisa & Marylina (I may have gotten their names spelt wrongly but that’s how they are pronounced) & their service was outstanding! They deserve more recognition for their work & their ability to go the extra mile in their service.
Both of these ladies are more than capable receptionists. I know this because Artemisa works the morning shift & while there are walk-ins & check-outs, she handles the operations smoothly while preparing breakfasts for the guests. Talk about multitasking effortlessly. There were self-entitled guests who came down past the breakfast window & still had the cheek to ask for their breakfast in multiple courses but Artemisa duly obliged and still serve them like kings. Hope this doesn’t allow future guests to take advantage of her kindness though.
For Marylina, there were multiple check ins at one point & she was brilliant with her service, serving everyone with a huge smile & a big heart.
To the bosses, these employees (along with the guy who works at night, Andelinde) deserve a raise. They delight not only me but other guests as well. Some of the employees are students that still have classes to attend but despite that fact, they work as though they have been at the job for long, and they have definitely excelled at it. Reward them, I say. Reward them handsomely.
